Cause of and Solution for all the evil that is destroying Christendom
Question: "Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?" (Psalm 2:1)
Answer: "Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil." (Ecclesiastes 8:11)
Result: "Help, LORD; for the godly man ceaseth; for the faithful fail from among the children of men." (Psalm 12:1)
Principle: "If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?" (Psalm 11:3)
Principle: "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn." (Proverbs 29:2)
Principle: "Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the Law, happy is he." (Proverbs 28:18)
Principle: "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." (Galatians 6:7)
Principle: "...the curse causeless shall not come." (Proverbs 26:2)
Principle: "...ye have sinned against the LORD: and be sure your sin will find you out." (Numbers 32:23)
Principle: "Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin." (James 4:17)
Principle: "2But we are sure that the Judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things. 3And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the Judgment of God? 4Or despisest thou the riches of His Goodness and Forbearance and Longsuffering; not knowing that the Goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance? 5But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself Wrath against the Day of Wrath and revelation of the Righteous Judgment of God; 6Who will render to every man according to his deeds" (Romans 2)
Principle: "And as Esaias said before, Except the Lord of Sabaoth [hosts, armies] had left us a [promised] seed, we had been as Sodoma, and been made like unto Gomorrha." (Romans 9:29)
Solution: "...His Anger endureth but a moment; in his Favour is Life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning." (Psalm 30:5)
Solution: "12Therefore also now, saith the LORD, turn ye even to Me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning: 13And rend your heart, and not your garments [only], and turn unto the LORD your God: for He is Gracious and Merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth Him of the evil. 14Who knoweth if He will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind Him [instead of the Judgment that we deserve]; [therefore, why not offer] even a meat offering and a drink offering unto the LORD your God?" (Joel 2)
Solution: "9If we confess our sins, He is Faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His Word is not in us." (I John 1)
However: "The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight." (Proverbs 15:8)
Clarification: Repentance is not a good or bad "feeling" (though the pangs of a guilty conscience and the peace of forgiveness accompanies true Repentance) — repentance is turning from what God forbade, asking forgiveness, and turning to what He commanded. Anything less is a humanistic pseudo-spiritual delusion.
