Phytoplankton are eaten by zooplankton; zooplankton are eaten by herring; herring are eaten by tuna; and then man eats tuna—and then is irrationally “outraged” when a shark eats man.  However, if God’s children reject His Rule (and thus also His Watchcare), vomitously insultingly believing that they evolved from monkeys (and primal ooze) and even deny that God exists... why should they be anything other than merely part of the food chain...?  It is irrational and hypocritical to expect to eat but not be eaten—especially when such rebellious ingrates never even stop to thank God for the meal that they are about to eat; and especially when the majority of professional fishermen are superstitious idolators, who ignore God and the morality that He established, the vast majority of their lives, and then when they are in trouble at sea, cry out to Him for help; having violated all that He commanded, and having superstitiously put irrational faith in the “good omen” and “good luck” of having seen a pod of dolphin or walrus (or any number of other silly things).  When they are in gale force winds at sub-freezing temperatures, taking on water, in the middle of the Bering Straits, in the blackest of night and with the wind howling so fiercely they can hardly hear each other shout—let them pray to those dolphin and walrus: for they will no more hear than God will.  Only bonafide children, honorable sons in good standing, have any claim to the Divine Ear and Heart and Arm.  God is no fool.  He purposely does not notice the voice of one crying for help, which voice He never hears truly entreat him at any other time, and which voice never even refers to Him, except in profane excoriations and vulgar curses; taking His Holy Name and Title in vain, as if it were just another vile word.  God looks on the heart, not upon the outward appearance; and He knows when a cry is from a truly repentant heart; or whether it is merely a “jail house confession” that will soon pass, like a kidney stone, and be forgotten.  Every tree is known by its fruit; not its evanescent blossoms that self-abort.

You reap what you sow.  Sow wisely and sow continually and sow sincerely and sow truth—that is, sow what God forever established and commanded; and be not, as Cain, in that the unregenerate heart and mind solely “chooses”, instead, to give what the carnal mind is willing to part with; considering itself its own lord: for your true lord is the one that you obey and to whom you daily sacrifice.  “Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey...” (Romans 6:16a)  “No man can serve two masters...” (Matthew 6:24)  Sinful man (most “Christians” included) have no problem with giving God a little “obedience” (every now and then, as they pick and choose, when it is convenient to them; which is not obedience)—but God is Holy and tolerates no divided loyalties, “no other gods”: He will not share His Glory with another.

“But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, ‘The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire’.” (II Peter 2:22) 

 [Most people may not realize it, but probably 95% of the “mire” in an established pig style is its own feces and urine, and 10% original soil.]

Christ commanded “give not that which is holy unto the dogs”—and instead of merely violating that Command, the majority of God’s children violate all that He commanded, and even “learn the way of the heathen”; and then begin to act like dogs themselves (in many ways). 

In one specific area of carnal in-fighing among the true Church, Paul warned,

“¹⁵But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another.  ¹⁶This I say then, ‘Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh’.” (Galatians 5).

[The lusts of the flesh are the violation of all that God commanded: His Law; which, if you read the subsequent verses, becomes irrefutably obvious, even to those who reject truth.]  

In a dog-eat-dog world, the solution is to recognize that a child of God is NOT a dog; and should not lie down with them, nor act like them.  To bless those who are wicked is to curse God.

“Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” (Isaiah 5:20)

“¹⁰If there come any unto you, and bring not this Doctrine [of Christ—the Full Counsel of the Word of God], receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: ¹¹For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.” (II John 1)

“Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: He preserveth the souls of His saints [who hate evil]; He delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.” (Psalm 97:10)

“Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.” (James 4:4)

“And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve.... but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” (Joshua 24:15)

If you are a child of God, you are not a monkey’s uncle (and you should not act like one), and God is not the father of dogs.  Sadly, many actual dogs have faired better under “obedience training” than God’s children (see Isaiah 5 and Romans 3:10ff.).  Every tree is known by its fruit (as well as its root).
